Lorin LaFave

Founder, Head of Education & External affairs

A talented keynote speaker, Lorin is a regular guest on the BBC, ITV, Sky, Channel 4 and Channel 5, as well as on various radio programmes. She also presents training videos and documentaries, spreading awareness to all who touch the lives of children.


Sharon Bugden


Sharon manages the creative and marketing side of the charity, she has a Visual Communication degree and vocational experience in web, print, exhibition and event design &  co-ordination.  More recently she has worked within the field of digital email marketing.


Hywel Probert


Hywel is the Breck Foundation's Fundraiser. He has experience in a range of sectors including international development, social justice and health. He is responsible for applying for charitable grants for the charity.


Sarah Smith

Foundation Speaker

​Sarah travels around the UK delivering presentations for the foundation. A former newspaper journalist, she has three decades of experience in publishing and editing, including
12 years at the Telegraph Media Group. As a gamer herself she is passionate about the charity's focus on staying safe while also enjoying the online world.


Lauren Tagg

Finance & Accounting

Lauren manages the charity's finances. She has a wealth of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. 


Tea Staegemann

Foundation Speaker

Tea has a wealth of experience as a Speaker, Podcaster, Trainer and Children’s Advocate. She is very passionate about educating the digital generation to not only stay safe, but stay sane as the world around them changes. 


Kirsty Warsop


Kirsty is our office administrator dealing with all day to day enquiries and managing all of our bookings. Her background is in corporate sales and business development. More recently she spent 5 years as the Office Manager for an AV and events company in London.

Liz Mason

Chair of Trustees

Liz has been an active member of Team Breck since day one, she has a personal connection to the charity as her children were at school with Breck. With a background in the travel industry and financial services Liz oversees the charity and ensures that we fulfil our mission.


Reem Willoughby


Reem has been the CEO for an International charity for the last 3 years. She has MBA in HRM and worked as a Global Human Resources director at several global Fortune 500 companies all over the world. Reem lived in 5 continents before returning to England and she speaks 5 languages. Reem is a trustee for the Foundation and tries to bring her experience as a CEO to benefit the Foundation.

Mark Harrington


Mark is a special needs teacher with over 10 years in SEN education. His specialism is in special needs performing arts and sensory stories. Mark is trustee for the foundation and is currently developing resources for education. 


Sarah Saigol


Sarah has recently joined the Breck Foundation as a Trustee. Her 20+ year career in Commercial Banking has positioned her well to support the charity with strategy, governance and financial oversight. As a mother herself, Sarah is passionate about the charity’s purpose of safeguarding children online.

Kate Ecott


Kate has a background in HR and has been invaluable in helping us with recruitment and policy updates.


Mark Willoughby


Mark has been a cyber & SAP security consultant for 16 years. He has worked all over the world for FTSE companies. Mark has BSc in Business computing and many other security certifications. He carries out pro-bono work in addition to his consultancy work. Mark is trustee for the Foundation and can advise on security matters.
