Lorin LaFave

Founder, Head of Education & External affairs

A talented keynote speaker, Lorin is a regular guest on the BBC, ITV, Sky, Channel 4 and Channel 5, as well as on various radio programmes. She also presents training videos and documentaries, spreading awareness to all who touch the lives of children.


Lauren Tagg

Finance & Accounting

Lauren manages the charity's finances. She has a wealth of experience in bookkeeping and accounting and manages all the invoicing and funding for the charity.


Sarah Smith

Foundation Speaker

​Sarah delivers many of our presentations and is a gifted speaker. A former newspaper journalist, she has three decades of experience in publishing and editing, including 12 years at the Telegraph Media Group. As a gamer herself she is passionate about the charity's focus on staying safe while also enjoying the online world.


Kirsty Warsop


Kirsty is our office administrator dealing with all day to day enquiries and managing all of our bookings. Her background is in corporate sales and business development. 


Sharon Bugden


Sharon manages the creative and marketing side of the charity, she has a Visual Communication degree and vocational experience in web, print, exhibition and event design &  co-ordination.  More recently she has worked within the field of digital email marketing.


Hywel Probert


Hywel is the Breck Foundation's Fundraiser. He has experience in a range of sectors including international development, social justice and health. He is responsible for applying for charitable grants for the charity.

Liz Mason

Chair of Trustees

Liz has been an active member of Team Breck since day one, she has a personal connection to the charity as her children were at school with Breck. With a background in the travel industry and financial services Liz oversees the charity and ensures that we fulfil our mission.


Reem Willoughby


Reem has been the CEO for an International charity for the last 3 years. She has MBA in HRM and worked as a Global Human Resources director at several global Fortune 500 companies all over the world. Reem lived in 5 continents before returning to England and she speaks 5 languages. Reem is a trustee for the Foundation and tries to bring her experience as a CEO to benefit the Foundation.


Mark Harrington


Mark is a special needs teacher with more than 10 years' experience in SEN education. His specialism is in performing arts and sensory stories. Mark has designed the foundation's SEN educational resources and is currently developing more using Breck's story.

Kate Ecott


Kate has a background in HR and has been invaluable in helping with recruitment and policy updates.
